Leadership wordle

My ‘wordle’ is on leadership qualities I hold dear. I decided to create it manually and not by software, to illustrate how leaders are shaped by hands-on coaching and not by mechanics. I would like to share some deeper thoughts on some of these qualities.

Thoughts on LEADERSHIP:

I recently attended a lecturer on Leadership that challenged and inspired me to raise my leadership gift to a new level. I believe we are all called to lead to some extent. The potential to lead is in every human being, but this needs to be discovered and developed.
This quest to define the term LEADERSHIP is what really got me started…
Depth of understanding often comes as we seek to define something. May I challenge you to try and define what ‘leadership’ means to you? This may lead you to discover leadership in greater depth.
Here are some of my own thoughts on the topic…
For me, leadership is to motivate and move people to the next level – from where they are to where they can be.  I want to see them inspired; to dream more, learn more, do more and become more.  It’s an art of discerning Gods agenda and influencing individuals and teams towards it.  It paints a picture of this desired future, and inspires people to pursue it.  Leadership is not merely measured by results – But whether or not I led people to achieve God’s goals and will?  All the important leadership skills are only useful to the extent that the goals are reached.  Spiritual leadership basically serves people with the aim to win and turn their hearts to the heart of God.

Please respond with a testimony of how a leader has influenced your life?
